Numbers Station Partners with Databricks

Numbers Station is excited to announce our strategic partnership with Databricks. We are dedicated to providing engineering teams with performant integrations to build enterprise applications.

Today, Numbers Station is proud to announce a strategic partnership with Databricks, the data and AI company.

Numbers Station has engineered a new intelligence platform for building data agents. It unifies previously disparate analytics experiences and tools—descriptive, predictive, and more—using advanced AI. With Numbers Station, customers can bridge the gap between data-driven insights to downstream actions within a single platform.

With a few clicks, Databricks users can use Numbers Station to:

  • Establish a secure connection to Databricks for reading and writing data, applicable to front-end, back-end, and full-stack applications
  • Quickly query data sources, display charts and tables, and interactively chat with their data to stay at the forefront of data-driven decision making
  • Go beyond basic conversational AI and use a multi-agentic structure to not only reveal insights, but take action to demonstrate real value

The integration of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform with the Numbers Station platform allows enterprises to seamlessly integrate and maximize the full value of their data, making it easier than ever to query company data through an interactive interface atop existing data applications.

Numbers Station’s multi-agent architecture is a network of hyper-specialized agents that break down complex data workflows into digestible subtasks. When connected to Databricks, our agents help you find information across all your data systems (search reports, schemas, and documentation) to deliver contextualized and personalized results.

How it works:

1. Connect to Databricks and set up a scratch database (or a “results cache”) for Numbers Station.

2. Optionally, users add existing dashboards from products like Tableau to enrich the knowledge that Numbers Station auto-creates about the dataset.

3. Numbers Station generates a set of sample questions and responses for users to review accuracy and provide feedback.

4. Users can start conversations with their data to query and verify relevant hypotheses in the Numbers Station app or embed agents in existing apps (e.g. Slack) via embeddable widgets.

5. Add more custom agents based on your organization’s specific tools and needs. Close the loop for end-user workflows.

Numbers Station is on a mission to ease the workload of overwhelmed data teams by easily serving up interactive data experiences, and we are excited to add Databricks to our expanding ecosystem of performant integrations that empower users to build their enterprise applications.

“We’re thrilled to partner with Databricks to unlock the full potential of enterprise data through advanced AI capabilities. This integration enhances our platform’s ability to seamlessly and securely transform insights into actions, empowering our customers to make smarter, faster decisions. Together, we’re enabling organizations to fully harness the value of their data, turning insights into real-time actions by unifying fragmented analytics tools and propelling their success.”
